French-born and detail-driven, Charlene leads the creative vision behind every Osée project.

Half German and half Peruvian, Isabell combines thoughtful organization with a meticulous approach to every project. She oversees sourcing, procurement, and project coordination, ensuring every detail is carefully managed from concept to completion.

Passionate about creating a seamless client experience, Isabell transforms complex project management into an effortless journey, allowing clients to enjoy the process with confidence.

Working closely with vendors, artisans, and contractors, she keeps every stage of the project running smoothly.
